(1.1) Steps to Apply Credit Transfer

(1.1a) Login to (myAeU) (Admin Services) (Credit Transfer), you need to upload 4 types of documents

• Certificate for Diploma Perguruan Malaysia
• Academic Transcript (Results) for Diploma Perguruan Malaysia
• Application Form (Credit Transfer Form)
• Form for Subject Mapping

(1.1b) You also need to send these four (4) documents to the following 2 email address

• records.registry@aeu.edu.my
• shingoacademy@gmail.com

Email of these documents are COMPULSORY and have to be submitted to Registry within 2 weeks after you have submitted your application online (via student portal: myAeU (Admin Services)(Credit Transfer).

Failure to comply to this requirement within two (2) weeks of your application will deem your application as LAPSED.

Notes:

• For those graduated with AN IPG Diploma 
• Total Credit Transfer = 35 credits
• One Credit Tuition Fee = RM175
  Total fee for 34 credits = 35 x RM175 = RM6,125

• The university charges RM50 for each credit transfer
• Total payment = 35 x RM50 = RM1,750
• Saving on Credit Transfer = RM6,125 - RM1750 = RM4,375
• RM4,375 + RM540 (Assessment) + RM480 (Semester fee)
• Total saving = TM5,395
  

Therefore, the student get the discount (save money) from the credit transfer 

• Total Discount / Save Money = RM5,395
• Net Fee = RM19,340
• Duration of study: complete & graduate in 3 years (36 months only)
• Originally, need 4 years and 4 months (52 months) to complete & graduate by studying part-time. After credit transfer, the duration of study shorten to 3 years (36 months)
